What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and direct Bank transfer.
All transactions are taken in Australian Dollars, exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are quoted on the website in Australian Dollars.
Please note: Any charges or other bank charges relating to your payment in a currency other than Australian Dollars, is the responsibility of the customer.

How much is Shipping and Handling in Australia & New Zealand?
We use Australia Post, offering Letter Rate, Parcel Post and Express Post

Once your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your personal tracking number. By logging on to http://auspost.com.au/track/ you can easily track the progress of your order.

We declare the actual value on the customs and form and are not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by overseas customs, neither can we guarantee a specific delivery time.
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, all my pieces are individually crafted and finished by hand, offering you a unique keepsake, so please allow 5-7 business days for me to complete your order.
If you need your order by a specified date, please indicate this in the Message box at checkout, or contact me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I will email you with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Occasionally, items may sell out before the “sold out” notification has been posted on the website. If that should occur, I will contact you immediately.
Can I return my jewellery?
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will deal with any returns quickly and fairly.
Due to the nature of designs customised to your own specifications, unfortunately there is no refund or credit offered on personalised items. However, I am always happy to work with you, and see what I can do.
If for any reason you are not happy with your non customised jewellery, not a problem. Contact me by email within 24hrs and I will arrange a full refund, minus any shipping charges or possible customs costs and provide an address for the jewellery to be returned. All I require is that the following guidelines are met.
- Merchandise is returned within 10 business days of receipt.
- Items have not been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way.
- Items are secure in their original packaging with a copy of your original receipt.
For your protection, I recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier, and in a box or padded envelope, as I cannot be responsible for merchandise that’s lost or damaged while in transit.
Is my jewellery gift boxed?
All our jewellery is beautifully presented in a signature Coastalstyle Australia gift box with a turquoise ribbon and jewellery pouch, just add a card and its ready for giving, or to treat yourself.
Can you send my purchase to someone special for me?
If you would like me to send your gift and a card to someone special on your behalf, just leave me a note in the Message box during checkout.
We will never send payment details with your gift.
Your information, whether it be public or private will never be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order, or enter, submit, or access your personal Information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What is gold-filled?
A thick layer of 14K gold is permanently heat bonded to an underlying metal. Gold-filled should not be mistaken for gold-plated since it has 100 times more gold than plate does. Under normal wear, gold-filled materials will never peel, flake, tarnish or “rub off” and can be treasured for generations.
When I solder a seam, I use pure 14K gold. Sometimes this seam will darken very slightly due to wear and weather. Simply buff with a jewellery polishing cloth to bring it back to its original beautiful shine.
What is Argentium Silver ?
Argentium silver contains more silver and no nickel which makes it more tarnish resistant & hypoallergenic and is therefore better suited for those who are unable to wear traditional sterling silver.
Argentium Silver is low maintenance, brighter, 100% recycled, easy to care for and easy to keep cIean.
