Shipping within Australia / New Zealand

We use Australia Post

  • FREE EXPRESS Shipping Australia Wide
  • Letter rate for flat items like our polishing cloth $ 3.00  
  • New Zealand Orders are sent at a flat rate of $ 20      

Once your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your personal tracking number. By logging on to you can easily track the progress of your order.


International Shipping

All International Orders are sent at a flat rate of $30   3-10 Business Days

We declare the actual value on the customs form and are not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by overseas customs, neither can we guarantee a specific delivery time.



We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will deal with any returns quickly and fairly.

If for any reason you are not happy with your non customised jewellery, please contact us by email within 24hrs and we will arrange a full refund, minus any shipping or possible customs duties. We will provide an address for the jewellery to be returned. All we require, is that the following guidelines are met.

  • Merchandise is returned within 10 Business Days of receipt.
  • Items have not been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way.
  • Items are secure in their original packaging with a copy of your original receipt.
  • Due to the nature of designs customised to your own specifications, there is no refund or credit offered on these personalised items.

    For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier, and in a box or padded bag, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged whilst in transit.
